How we do it
A Connected Learning Journey. Every session follows the same six familiar steps, taking a child from arrival to a Superpower they can use straight away. The same shape every time is part of the methodology — familiarity helps children settle, feel safe and learn.
Six steps, every session
Arrive, settle and feel safe together.
Calm the body before the mind can learn.
A quiet, guided moment — led by Oscar & Annie.
The Superpower is introduced through story.
Practise the Superpower through fun and play.
Name it, practise it, and carry it into the day.
The Method turns mindset and mindfulness into a familiar, repeatable shape — so each child leaves with a practical skill they can feel, practise and carry.
The step that makes it last
The Method doesn’t end when the session does. We connect the adults around the child so the same language and the same calm follow them home and into the classroom — the part that turns a great session into lasting change.
“The routine and structure of the sessions allowed the children to trust the adult and the activities. We speak of dropping our anchor, of superpowers such as affirmation, and the children use breathing techniques to regulate.” — Emma Fagg, Deputy Head & KS1 Teacher, Moulsham Infant School
Held together
The whole cycle is supported at home and at school, so the same language and the same calm follow the child wherever they learn, live and grow.
